How it works
The solar finder features a precision-engineered design with a small aperture in the front panel that allows sunlight to enter. The rear viewing surface displays target rings with a bright matte reflecting disc in the center. The incoming sunbeam appears as a small round disk of light. Simply adjust your telescope until the sun's light spot aligns perfectly with the reflecting surface in the center - and the sun is precisely targeted.

This solar finder offers multiple mounting solutions to accommodate various telescope setups:
- Direct telescope tube mounting - Complete mounting kit included allowing attachment directly to any telescope tube. The special mounting base can be secured using adhesive strips, bolts, or cable ties (cable ties not included)
- Standard finder shoe installation - The finder foot fits perfectly into standard viewfinder shoes for quick attachment
- Telrad finder compatibility - Specialized mounting kit includes a rider that clips onto Telrad bases. The sliding mechanism allows full access to Telrad battery compartment and controls while maintaining compatibility with all Telrad dust caps
