Overview

The TS Optics WA 32mm eyepiece represents the perfect balance between simple Plössl eyepieces and extremely wide-angle eyepieces for astronomical observation. With a 32mm focal length and 70° field of view, it provides excellent wide-angle effect while maintaining high image sharpness. This eyepiece is an ideal choice for deep-sky observation, combining maximum image brightness with comfortable viewing experience.

Advanced Optical Design

The eyepiece construction is based on classic ERFLE eyepieces but has been further developed to achieve superior results. The 5-element design without built-in Barlow lens ensures cleaner images with higher contrast and reduced distortion. All lenses are fully multi-coated with blackened edges to minimize reflections and maximize contrast. The eyepiece comes with dust-proof caps and cleaning cloth.

Compact and Lightweight Construction

The compact and lightweight construction of this eyepiece, weighing only 363 grams, makes it suitable for all 2″ focusers. It won't disturb the balance even on Dobsonian telescopes and doesn't create excessive load on smaller telescope focusers. The foldable rubber eyecup allows comfortable observation for both eyeglass wearers and non-eyeglass users. The modern focusing position ensures trouble-free focusing with any telescope.

Shorter focal lengths from the TSWA series are excellent planetary eyepieces, while longer ones, like this 32mm model, excel in deep-sky observation.
