Revolutionary Optical Design
Following the introduction of the excellent Ethos series, Paul Dellechiaie developed a new eyepiece design with a narrower field of view and 20mm eye relief offset. Thus was born the Delos series in 2008, which, thanks to maintaining the exemplary optical properties of its predecessor, is often called "Ethos in a narrower field of view". This TeleVue astronomical eyepiece represents the perfect combination of performance and observing comfort.
Heritage of Excellence
Named after the Greek island that is the birthplace of Apollo, the god of light, the Delos inherited all the best features of the Ethos eyepieces. Thanks to carefully designed hybrid optics construction, this instrument offers very sharp images across the entire field of view and excellent correction of geometric distortions. The design ensures consistent image quality from center to edge of the field of view.
