The heart of the base station is a 7″ HD TFT color display (8.5 cm tall, 15.3 cm wide), whose brightness and contrast can be adjusted manually or switched automatically between day and night mode. With a single button press you can switch between:

The main 7-in-1 solar sensor (dimensions 410 x 170 x 225 mm, weight 533 g) measures the following parameters:

- Precipitation
- UV radiation level
- Light intensity
The sensor is primarily powered by a solar panel - approximately 4 hours of direct sunlight per day is sufficient for trouble-free operation. When sunlight is insufficient, 3 x AA batteries (not included) automatically take over as backup. Wireless transmission operates at 868 MHz with a range of up to 150 meters.
Additional thermo-hygro sensor for indoor use
The package also includes a thermo-hygro sensor (61 x 113 x 39.5 mm, powered by 2 x AA batteries) designed for measuring temperature and humidity in another indoor space - for example in a child's room, bathroom, or cellar.
