Celestron NexYZ Universal Smartphone Adapter
The NexYZ connects your smartphone to a telescope, spotting scope, binoculars, monocular or microscope. Once attached, you can take photos and record video directly through the eyepiece. Three separate control knobs - one for each axis (X, Y and Z) - let you centre the phone camera precisely over the eyepiece in seconds. No more fumbling to find the right position by trial and error.
Wide compatibility with modern smartphones
The Celestron NexYZ adapter is compatible with a wide range of smartphones, including the latest models from Samsung, Google and Apple. The maximum phone width the adapter can hold is 92 mm, and the maximum distance from the camera to the bottom edge of the phone is 160 mm. The metal frame makes the adapter tough enough for outdoor use - it handles cold mornings in the field and dusty conditions equally well.
Fits eyepieces from 25 mm to 60 mm
Without any additional accessories, the NexYZ fits all eyepieces with an outer diameter of 35 to 60 mm. The package also includes flexible reduction rings for microscope eyepieces. With these rings fitted, the adapter works with eyepieces from 25 to 60 mm in outer diameter. Switching between different instruments is fast and requires no tools.
