The LED illumination offers smooth intensity adjustment, low energy consumption and long-term reliability.
Mechanical stage with precise positioning
The 125 x 110 mm stage allows micrometric movement of the specimen along two axes. Both coaxial controls are positioned so you can operate them comfortably with one hand - no need to change your grip during work. Vernier scales make it easy to return to a precise position repeatedly.
Mains power or batteries - use it anywhere
The microscope runs on a standard mains adapter or three AA batteries. This makes it fully usable in the field or any location without access to a power socket - a practical advantage for fieldwork and outdoor education.
