DeltaOptical Genetic Pro Trino 40x-1000x Trinocular Biological Microscope
The Genetic Pro Trino is a biological microscope designed for secondary schools and basic laboratory use, offering excellent value for money. Its all-metal body handles the demands of daily classroom and laboratory work. The open base allows a teacher to observe a student's preparation from the opposite side of the microscope - without moving the instrument or disturbing the slide.
Rotating head and wide magnification range
The head rotates a full 360 degrees independently of the body and locks securely to prevent accidental removal. This means observers wearing glasses can view from any direction without turning the entire stand. Four achromatic objectives - 4x, 10x, 40x and 100x - combined with WF 10x eyepieces deliver a magnification range of 40x to 1000x, which covers the vast majority of teaching and laboratory applications.
Trinocular camera port
The straight third output has a diameter of 23.2 mm and accepts a camera for live display on a monitor or for documentation recording. This is a practical feature for group lessons and research sessions alike.
LED illumination and Abbe condenser
The bottom-mounted white LED light source produces a bright, even image even at higher magnifications. Brightness adjusts smoothly via a continuous control. The Abbe condenser with a numerical aperture of N.A. = 1.25 focuses light precisely onto the specimen and makes full use of the resolving power of each objective.
Mechanical stage and two-speed focusing
The mechanical cross stage measures 125 x 115 mm and features a calibrated scale for precise, repeatable specimen positioning. Two-speed focusing combines coarse adjustment for quick initial location of the specimen with fine adjustment for sharp, comfortable focusing. The microscope runs from mains power via a 220 V AC adapter included in the box.
